Tell Submit what an image destination requires. Prepare a high-quality output that satisfies the selected rules, with the exact file checked before export.

Choose a JPEG, HEIC/HEIF, or PNG from Photos or Files. Enter the destination’s current requirements, or edit a Quick Start example. Tap Prepare, inspect the result and any warnings, then Save to Files or share the exact prepared file. Your original is preserved.
Submit reopens the exact prepared file and checks your selected requirements. A pass applies to those rules and that file. It is not a guarantee that a website will accept the upload: the site may have additional rules or change the image after upload. KB and MB use decimal units: 1 KB is 1,000 bytes.
A fixed size, minimum dimensions, aspect ratio, file format, or byte limit can conflict. PNG may be unable to fit a very small limit. Review the explanation and adjust only the rules the destination permits. Submit will not silently mark a conflicting output as passed. Very tight limits can require low quality or smaller permitted dimensions; check the warnings and image before exporting.
Single-image preparation, core requirements, private metadata removal, verification and export remain free. Free access includes three saved presets and ten visible history records. Lifetime Plus is an optional one-time purchase for batches of up to 20 images, unlimited presets, up to 100 lightweight history records, batch filename rules, and advanced metadata controls. There is no subscription. The App Store shows your local price before you buy.
Open Settings > Lifetime access > Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Approval-pending purchases unlock after Apple confirms them. If the App Store is unavailable, try again when connected; free processing stays available. Apple manages refunds. If access ends, Submit keeps your existing presets and history.
Use a compatible provider that supplies a readable file. Data-only share providers are rejected to keep memory bounded; save to Photos or Files and select it inside Submit. Download an iCloud-backed image fully before retrying after a connection failure. The share extension accepts up to 20 images, with limits of 512 MiB per file and 1 GiB per handoff. Multi-frame or animated images are not supported. Image transformation is bounded to 24 megapixels.
Use Save to Files or share the verified file directly. Adding a copy to Photos is a convenience; exporting it later from Photos can change its bytes. Upload destinations can also rewrite or recompress images. History contains facts, not an image archive, and cannot export a previous job.
Keep any output you need, then remove the selected image or use Settings > Clear temporary prepared files. Files already saved or shared are unaffected. After an interrupted job, reopen Submit and choose the original again. Presets and lightweight history persist separately. You can delete presets and clear history in their respective screens.
