A little shelter for your attention. Practical help with settling in, returning, and keeping your moments.
For FocusBurrow 1.0 on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 26 or later.
Choose 5, 15, 25, or 50 minutes, add an intention if you like, and tap Enter the burrow. You can hide the clock during the session. FocusBurrow keeps time when you switch apps or lock your device.
Yes. Tap Return early and confirm Return gently. Your actual time is saved, and you can leave a reflection or skip it. A shorter stay is welcome.
When you return to FocusBurrow, it checks the saved end time and opens your optional reflection. You can choose a feeling, write a few words, or skip both. The book button opens your past sessions.
Open Comfort using the sliders button and turn on Lock Screen timer. Also check that Live Activities are allowed for FocusBurrow in your device’s Settings. The timer appears during a session; supported iPhones can also show it in Dynamic Island. Tap the activity to return to the app. If you dismiss it, FocusBurrow respects that choice and offers Show on Lock Screen when you return.
In Comfort, choose Allow a completion notification and accept the system prompt. Once permission is allowed, the Completion notification switch controls the optional reminder. Device notification settings, Focus modes, and scheduled summaries can affect when an alert is shown or heard. No notification is required for the timer to finish.
No. FocusBurrow provides a quiet timer and journal. Use your device’s Focus mode in Control Center for fewer interruptions.
Your intentions, session dates and durations, feelings, and reflections are stored locally. FocusBurrow has no account or developer-operated sync. Device backups may include local data according to your Apple settings. Deleting the app can remove your journal; offloading and deleting are different system actions.
FocusBurrow 1.0 does not include individual entry deletion or export. Deleting the app removes its local data when the operating system removes the app container. Manage any device backups separately in Apple settings. Do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step if you want to keep your journal.
Keep the app installed and try again. Check that your device has available storage. If the problem continues, contact support with the exact message. You do not need to share a private intention or reflection.
Email hello@jeromymobley.com with your device model, system version, and a short description of what happened. Please leave out private intentions and reflections.
