Carafe
A calmer way to keep track of water.
Carafe turns a daily water target into one tangible object. Log what you drink from the glass, bottle, mug, or cup you already use, and watch the day’s carafe empty.

The app, as it is.
Real screens from the current iPhone build, staged with a local sample day rather than personal data.

What Carafe does
One reliable daily flow, built around physical drinking vessels rather than a fitness dashboard.
- Log water from Today with one-tap vessel actions.
- Save the real glasses, bottles, mugs, and cups you use.
- Watch one daily carafe empty as you drink.
- Correct the amount or time of a pour, or remove it.
- Review a simple local history without streaks or scores.
- Use optional local reminders and a glanceable Home Screen widget.
Who it is for
Carafe is for iPhone users who want a low-pressure way to remember what they drank, especially people who use the same few cups or bottles most days and find hydration dashboards excessive.
It is a general wellness utility, not a medical hydration tool, sports-performance system, or promise of an ideal target.
Privacy
The water log stays local.
Carafe stores vessels, water entries, targets, preferences, and reminder settings on your device. Its App Group is used only to share a compact local snapshot with the Home Screen widget.
Carafe has no account or backend sync and does not transmit water logs or vessel data to the developer. Notifications are scheduled locally only after you opt in.
Honest boundary
Carafe can offer a calm starting target, but it does not calculate a medically correct amount or claim to diagnose or treat dehydration.
